Sergey Skaterschikov, Non-executive Chairman
Sergey is a Russian national who graduated from Moscow State University in 1994 with a degree in American Studies. He started his first business, Skate Press (financial information company), prior to his graduation in 1992 at the age of 20. In 1994, Sergey received the "Best Young Businessman of the Year in Central Europe" award from The Wall Street Journal. Sergey holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Prior to setting up StockAccess Sergey has been the founder and/or the chief executive of numerous start-up companies, including Skate Press (sold to Dutch-based Independent Media in 1997 and then to Austrian-based red-stars in 2000; bought back in 2003), Netskate Inc. (sold to Media MOST in 1999), E*TRADE Eurasia (sold to E*TRADE Group in 1999), and caibon.com Internet Services AG (still owned by Bank Austria Creditanstalt, now part of Munich based HVB (Hypo Vereins Bank) Group.

Sergey has also served on the boards of a number of public companies including London Stock Exchange listed LSR and OMZ, and worked as Director for Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort and as Vice President for Business Development at NYSE listed MTS. Sergey also was the principal shareholder and executive board member of IndexAtlas Limited, a well-established investor relations and corporate governance consulting firm operating in North America, the European Union, Russia and Ukraine.

Today aside of his chairman role at StockAccess Ventures, Sergey is a founder of Provenance Group, the international art market research and services company.

Ilya Sokolovsky, Managing Director
Ilya has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in start-up and expansion stage companies. Ilya provides hands-on attention to investee companies, focusing on business planning, competition analysis, internal controls, management accounting and reporting, as well as financing strategies.

Valentin Korinevsky, Managing Director
Valentine has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in start-up and expansion stage companies. Valentine's role is to support portfolio companies with IT and internet strategies, choice of IT providers and management of IT projects, including various product & content development jobs.

Anna Saderman, Director
Anna has a six year experience as an equity analyst for Skate Press and another five year experience as a financial controller for private investment company. Anna joined StockAccess team in 2008.
