StockAccess Limited largely invests and co-invests with domestic capital providers at the stages well before its portfolio companies are prepared to give significant equity participation to foreign investors.

StockAccess does not have a single fund to draw its capital from, and instead finances its investments on deal per deal basis and normally have different investors for each of the deals to which StockAccess becomes a party.

Helping its portfolio companies to introduce modern corporate governance, reporting and internal controls systems is often one of the value contributions StockAccess makes to its investee companies.

We like high leverage and use a variety of debt sources both domestically and internationally.

StockAccess normally makes investments with three to five years holding horizon, with our equity participation and role always being agreed in advance with significant shareholders and management. We never invest into hostile situations or shareholder conflicts, however in many cases our investment actually helps to resolve such latent conflicts and allow for creating far more stable capital structure in our portfolio companies.
